Gestalt therapy

I offer gestalt therapy, a humanistic form of psychotherapy, on a conversational basis or in combination with music therapy.

My work focuses on the many challenges involved in forming and maintaining relationships, whether with partners, friends, colleagues or family. These challenges can become harder to handle in the wake of important life events such as moving to a new country and culture, separation or bereavement. Fundamental changes like these may also have a strong impact on our sense of balance and self-esteem – and in ways that we might not have expected.

Gestalt therapy is direct and experiential, and encourages you to become more aware, and more accepting, of different facets of yourself and your relationship style. During sessions, I offer you a safe space in which to explore the issues that you bring to therapy and to find new ways of responding to them, in a lively, open and accepting dialogue.
